KEITHEN SCHWAHN

Keithen is giving his life to reverse the narrative that Young People are a lost cause in the church. Transitioning from leading citywide movements in Portland, Oregon, he is now in New York City as a pastor on staff at Church of the City New York building a network of leaders and launching YTH.NYC(http://yth.nyc/) and COLLEGE.NYC(https://college.nyc). Alongside his work in the local church, Keithen has been a collaborative partner with Alpha Youth, The Fuller Youth Institute, The Bible Project, and the Canadian Church Leaders Network. He lives in the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife Celeste and one year old son Powell.

The Overflow House Band is a collaboration of regional Canadian talent. This is a group of musicians and worshipers from across Ontario, with a single focus on making the name of Jesus high and leading you into encounters with Jesus through worship.

NATHAN EGERT

Nathan serves as the Jr. High pastor at Glad Tidings Church in Burlington. He's dedicated to helping students find their identity in Christ, seeing them have real encounters with Jesus and to walk in His ways. He enjoys comedy, board games, being active and all things sports! He's super excited to be with you all this year at OFLOW25 and ready to bring the fun and energy!  

ABI GARCIA

Hi friends! I'm Abi Garcia, and my husband and I serve as the Connections and Youth Pastors at Stouffville Pentecostal Church. I love spending time with our students, connecting with people, and eating good food. I'm always up for a fun adventure—especially if there’s coffee involved—but don’t be surprised if I sneak in a nap on the car ride there! Can’t wait to see you at OFLO25!! It’s going to be a party!


 

WORKSHOPS


ANDREW RUTLEDGE

Andrew Rutledge has 25 years of youth ministry experience. He has a doctorate from McMaster Divinity College focused on engaging young adults in church leadership and is currently serving as an Executive Pastor overseeing the Next Generation ministries for Central Community Church in Niagara on the Lake. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Community Crew, a ministry that serves over 105,000 lunches a year to underprivileged kids across the Niagara Region. Andrew and Christiane have been married for 21 years. They have 4 kids, a cat, a dog, and a bunch of fish.

HAILEY ARMOOGAN

Hailey has served in almost every area of the local church as a Children’s Ministry Pastor, Youth Pastor, Young Adults Pastor, Family Ministries Pastor and Lead Pastor and overseas as a PAOC Global Worker in Israel.  She is ordained with the PAOC, a graduate of Eastern Pentecostal Bible College (BTh/Missions), Fuller Theological Seminary (Master of Arts in Global Leadership) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Ministry, Church Culture & Semiotics at Portland Seminary. She is passionate about effectively reaching, teaching and discipling every generation to be life-long followers of Jesus and supporting and equipping those who lead them. She currently serves as the Director of Children & Family Ministries for Western Ontario District of the PAOC.

TY SHARRON

Ty has been leading worship for nearly 20 years. Since 2022, he has been the Worship Community and Young Adult pastor at Bethel Hamilton, where he is blessed to work alongside an incredible team of worshipers and Kingdom-builders. He is passionate about Jesus, his family, music, & people and is excited to be leading at Overflow 2025—the same conference that changed his life as a student. In his spare time, he enjoys movies, hiking, reading, guitar nerdery, and passionate rants about which chocolate milk brand is best.

CHRISTALYN WEIGERT

Christalyn is passionate about helping the next generation grow in their faith and nurture their gifts. For seven years, she served as Mission & Young Adults Pastor at Waterloo Pentecostal Assembly and loved the opportunity to support young adults in their faith journey, while also overseeing a large outreach program that provides 200-300 college and university students with a free, no-strings-attached meal during the fall and winter semesters. Recently, Christalynand her husband, Daniel, accepted a call to lead New Life Church in Milton where they are excited about seeing God move in a vibrant community.

LEAH BENNETT

Leah is the Young Adults Pastor at Peoples Church in Hamilton, where she’s served in ministry with her husband Ryan for over 11 years. She has a passion for making the gospel story come to life and walking alongside people as they figure out what it looks like to follow Jesus in both the big and small moments. 
When not doing church things, Leah has a side hustle making custom cookies, loves to read and spends her days with her sweet and sassy girls: Marlow and Reese.

CARMEN KAMPMAN

Carmen is a Soulhood Practitioner, providing spiritual care and direction through her Soulhood office. She is a proud Horizon alumna, former staff member, and continues to be a fervent supporter and advocate for the mission of developing Christian leaders and women in ministry. Her passion lies in creating contemplative spaces where individuals can listen, learn, and become more aware of the movements of God.

Carmen is married and has a loving family, including six adult children, two fantastic son-in-laws, and two cherished grandchildren. She and her husband live on their dairy farm located northwest of Saskatoon, cherishing the life and connections they have built there.
